#5 Migrate MediaWiki

We need to migrate MediaWiki before it is turned off. We should use the tutorial at http://sourceforge.net/p/forge/community-docs/Migrating%20MediaWiki%20from%20Hosted%20Apps/.

There are a lot of tutorials there, so it is really important to carefuly migrate this service.
