PAUSE is a valid key, but cannot be bound at will as it seems to be hard wired to pause the game. When pressing the key a 'cd pause', but not a 'midi_pause' command is issued.

    Yes it is hardwired, this was done on purpose when I was
    working on the dos port of the engine.

    Fixed CL_ParseServerMessage() so that midi (background music) is
    paused/resumed along with cdaudio upon the pause message. Fix is
    in the CVS, will be integrated in the next release. Closing the bug.
