The dialog to select size is buggy in 0.19.1 - like it is impossible to say that the image is 1200x800 exactly. It jumps to 799 or 1201.

Make sure you set the aspect ratio to 3:2 if you want the exact size.
It'd help if UI updated values in real-time, or better allowed me to pay attention that 3:2 is selected and fields are locked into the given aspect ratio. Background color, for example, can indicate this.
I forgot to add - original is not 3:2.
I am not sure what you mean. There is a padlock button besides the aspect ratio readout that shows (and let you change) the state (locked or unlocked) of the aspect ratio.
Many cameras have a aspect ratio that is not exactly 3:2 (1.500) but something close (e.g. 1.502). That gives image sizes of 1201x800 or 1200x799 if the aspect ratio is locked to the original.
I believe this setting doesn't work for batch processing for some reason.
Have you tried:
ufraw-batch --aspect-ratio 3:2 --size 1200 ... ?
N-no. Actually was trying it for the first time as I needed to convert .DTP to some other format as fast as possible, and got totally confused by GUI. I actually couldn't make it work from the first try, and when nothing helped I asked other person.
"batch process" was clicking the buttons to save while opening a series. =)
I believe I got only one or two images right - all others are 1200x799
