#3 Feature Request: mkimage option -t to ignore img time stamp

hello, world\n

Many build environments (and certainly ours)
find it desirable to create the same output files
from the same input files. mkimage unfortunately
insists on putting file meta data, namely the image
time stamp, into the result. So even for identical
images the result differs when the image has a
different time stamp (e.g. when copied, extracted,
checked and all operations not preserving file
time stamps).

The attached tiny patch to tools/mkimage.c
implements the -t option
to suppress this (it simply uses the epoch as the
time stamp). If you think any arbitrary value
should be specifyable, feel free to make -t take an arg,
but personally I consider this overkill.

Thanks!
Regards,
Jens
