My suspicion is that those who are really interested are already using
SVN and running stuff.
How many more not in 'our set' do you think will be attracted by a
notice in twiki-announce enough to both download and run with a critical
eye? Some, for sure. But ...
My feeling is that this is a bit close to the proverbial
message-on-a-bottle stochastic method of testing.
We may also have to put up with bug reports that are really a 'learning
