TVim is a gui wrapper around GVIM's remote interface, it does two things
* Lets you open files in any already running copy of gvim (lets you select which).
* Opens the files in tabs.
in this version new:
Added a File chooser button allowing the user to add additonal files
that were not on the programs command line.
Also added a Textview to hold the arguments you can modify the arguments
on the fly and adding and deleting them or just modifying there names
