then uncompressed but I can not made them to .rpm for
install the Fedora Core III. I'm not expert with
Linux. Could you guiding me to compile them.

Hi Ouychai! What steps have you taken so far? You don't need to turn them
into an RPM to install, unless you are planning on distributing it to other
Fedora-based systems. (In which case, I'll let Shin-Ichi respond, as he's
been creating the RPM builds of Tux Paint for us.)
The "INSTALL.txt" document, found in Tux Paint's "docs/" subdirectory,
should tell you everything you need to know. But, if not, or if you have
trouble, let us know! It's most helpful if you can include the commands
you've executed, and any errors or output you received.
In the end, it SHOULD be as simple as:
[enter root password]
...to compile and install a copy of Tux Paint. (Again, this doesn't
create an RPM package file, but simply installs Tux Paint into the
computer's "/usr/local" directory.)
