I just assumed each locale had different problems but now that you put
it that way maybe the problems are related.  I did notice some strings
in Korean doesn't translate but I figured msgid had an extra or missing
character or something.  Perhaps they all have the same underlying
source of the problem.

In short, I don't know... =(
