Many thanks,

Hi Shih-Chin,

the site has broken. Searching for 'libsvg' on Google produces that same
broken link:

http://cairographics.org/libsvg

as the first hit. I used the cached page to get the following
information for accessing CVS:

cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@cvs.cairographics.org :/cvs/cairo login

[press enter when prompted for a password]

cvs -z3 -d :pserver:anoncvs@cvs.cairographics.org:/cvs/cairo co libsvg

I'll put this on my web page shortly,

regards,
John.
