#63 OS X: Tux Paint & Config need unique Bundle ID's

This is pretty minor, but in the Info.plist for the two OS X .app's, the
CFBundleIdentifier key needs to be unique for both applications. When
they are the same, one of them will not show up in the applications list
for allowing an application in the Simple Finder of a managed account
(which I use for my kids).

    This has been fixed in Tux Paint 0.9.16. Tux Paint has a CFBundleIdentifier of com.newbreedsoftware.tuxpaint and a CFBundleSignature of TXPT. Tux Paint Config has a CFBundleIdentifier of com.newbreedsoftware.tuxpaintconfig and a CFBundleSignature of TXPC.
