#43 Tuxguitar crashes on linux with glib > 2.36.4

Tuxguitar crashes on Linux when using any glib > 2.36.4, gobject-introspection > 1.36.0 and gobject-introspection-common > 1.36.0.
On the console I get lots of these warnings:

(TuxGuitar:5739): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_closure_add_invalidate_notifier: assertion 'closure->n_inotifiers < CLOSURE_MAX_N_INOTIFIERS' failed

(TuxGuitar:5739): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: /var/tmp/portage/dev-libs/glib-2.38.2-r1/work/glib-2.38.2/gobject/gclosure.c:697: unable to remove uninstalled invalidation notifier: 0x7f45e22a5540 (0x7f463f351520)

Which also appear when using the older glib. But when I open and close the mixer window with a file already open, tuxguitar crashes and I get this on the console:
