#112 problem with fedora

Seems under fedora(FC1-Yarrow), there is a bug
preventing configure from finding scan_makefile_in.awk
in build.

I had to copy it manually for the build process to
continue.

I'm not sure if this problem is present in other
environments. I had the same problem with CVS-HEAD and
2.4.6 even with the cvs_head.txt patch.
