#99 ProAI Updates (Refactoring, bug fixes, started non-combat move AI)
- Added a few methods to Matches
- Update MoveValidator to not check the territory the unit is already in when checking territory restrictions
- Lots of bug fixes (many warnings and errors found by Veqryn!)
- Refactored some classes to prepare for non-combat move AI development
- Refactored AI to use new Matches for checking if units can enter
- Created some initial non-combat move AI classes (not tied in yet)
