This fixes the issue where weak AI cannot move groups of units when a single unit has 0 movement in custom maps. It does so by deliberately excluding 0 movement units from its non-combat and combat move calculations.
This one is missing fixes for combat move. Apply the "Updated" patch instead for the full change.
you can actually just change the attachment below rather than make a new tracker item.
