Subject: [Triplea-develop] new icon and updated flags

 using icon creating software I've created a windows icon and a mac icon.  The windows Icon comes in all sizes known to man, and the mac icon comes in the only sizes mac's allow for.  Both icons have stored with in them each size.  For sizes 8x8 to 24x24 I used the TripleA png without the aircraft.  For sizes 32x32 to 256x256 I used the TripleA png with the aircraft in it.
Also included are 7 flag updates, please replace the flags with the ones I have included.
