#81 Save/Settings Directory

Hello,

I've noticed with version 09x there is a new ~/triplea folder. I would like to request that it be changed to ~/.triplea, and if possible, "parameterize it, so that it can be changed and put in a standard java.util.Properties xml file." (DMA02) I know its a nit-pick, but myself and others find the ~/triplea folder a bit intrusive into our overly-organized home directories :)

I'm not sure which way is the best. I want the saved game folder to be easily findable so that save games can be PBEM'd.
