existing:
ad 1.
when true, transports are no casualties.
when last fighting ship is gone, transports, independent of number, will also go at once.
ad 2.
has no function at all, if 1. is true or false...

request:
A. when 1. is FALSE, then 2. has no effect.

B. when 1. is TRUE, then transports cant be selected as casualties, as long as a fighting ship is present.
when last fighting ship is gone, then 2. comes into effect, dependent on sea battle rounds.

B1. when 1. is TRUE and sea battle rounds infinite (-1), then all transports will die. property 2. has no effect.

B2. when 1. is TRUE and sea battle rounds limited (e.g. 4), then all transports will die, when property 2. is TRUE.

B3. when 1. is TRUE and sea battle rounds limited (e.g. 4), then transports can be selected as casualties, when property 2. is FALSE.

    "Unescorted Transport Dies" no longer does anything in the code at all, and it is deleted.
