[Translation-team-ja] New: iso_3166_2-3.60 (20%, 3545 untranslated)

Hello, members of the Japanese team.

The TP-robot is happy to announce the presence of a new PO file:

In this file 1154 messages are already translated, corresponding to
20% of the original text size in bytes; 3545 messages still need some
work.

Yasuaki Taniguchi is currently assigned for the translation.  Please
translate the remaining messages for the benefit of the users of the
Japanese language.

Once the translation is complete, send the result to
<ro...@tr...>, using the Subject line:
