Is there any simple way to transfer my spreadsheet into
track+ data base. Can I use insert sql into MySql
database? What are the names of those tables?

If you know a little bit about SQL you certainly can write a
little script that does just that.

The "name of those tables" you can see with your favourite
MySQL administration tool. The central table is called
TWORKITEM. It has several references to other tables such
as the state table, the release table, the person table, and
so on. Unfortunately there is currently no extensive
documentation on the database schema, you have to get by
with what you can read from the schema definition which you
can find in track-schema.xml in the Torque subdirectory.

When you manually insert entries in "those tables" than you
should use primary keys that will not conflict with those
generated by Track+ itself. I have moved a big GNATS
database to Track+ some time ago, and I have used negative
integer primary keys for that (all Track+ primary keys are
    integers).
