#18 common/adminheader.jsp error

v2.20RC1:
In page common/adminheader.jsp, there is an unmatched
</logic:equal> after the "isSysAdmin" section.
This yields an error in some Tomcat setups, which
precludes the access to the admin profile.

workaround:
Deleting the line solves the problem and the jsp page
displays correctly without error.
