I think a good idea is to extend trackit trouble ticket
service for email support
(get support email from pop 3 account, assign id,
include it into trackit, allow answering email)
The idea is, that there's not any good free ticketing
system beside otrs (perl) which is in most cases to
heavy for many use cases.
I think, I'ts not that difficult to code in java, but u
have to know s.th about the internal trackit structure.
What do you think?
maybe you provide some interfaces to trackit and
someone other (me?) can extend it for email support.
