TurboPower Abbrevia 4.0 has been released. Abbrevia is a compression toolkit for Embarcadero Delphi, C++Builder, and Kylix. It supports PKZip, CAB, tar, bzip2, and gzip formats and the creation of self-extracting archives.

TurboPower Abbrevia 3.05 stable has been released. Abbrevia is a compression toolkit for Embarcadero Delphi, C++Builder, and Kylix. It supports PKZIP 4, Microsoft CAB, TAR, and gzip formats
and the creation of self-extracting archives.

Abbrevia 3.05 Beta #5 has been released and can be downloaded from

The list of fixed bugs and known bugs can be found below. We have fixed 40
Bugs and made 2 major enhancements since the initial release as open source.

We have 20 known open bugs, several of these can not be duplicated. They
may be fixed or they may still exist.
If you run into a bug that has already been reported, please check it on
SF.NET to make sure a
complete compiling source to reproduce the bug is attached to the report.
This will help us finalize the 3.05 release.... read more

TurboPower Abbrevia 3.04 released

Abbrevia is a compression toolkit for Borland Delphi, C++Builder, &
Kylix. It supports PKZIP 4, Microsoft CAB, TAR, & gzip formats & the
creation of self-extracting archives. It includes visual components
that simplify the manipulation of ZIP files.

This is a source code only release.
