Oh, sorry about the version number. it's 1.10.5, I just installed it a couple days ago. One thing I failed to explain about that error: the directory that I told it to check out to is "drive". you'll see in that message that the directory it sent to cvs.exe is C:\Documents and Settings\Jesse Crawford\Desktop\frcddrive . the issue here is that the folder frcddrive does not exist. I was in the folder "frcd" and I told it to check it out as the folder "drive". this is what I meant by it failing to put a \ at the end of the working directory - there should be a backslash between frcd and drive, making the path C:\Documents and Settings\Jesse Crawford\Desktop\frcd\drive . hopefully I explained that in an understandable fashion. and, cvs.exe does exist in C:\Program Files\CVSNT .
