#1394 Win8.1 install - Error Creating Registry Key

Opened installer as Admin, on Win8.1, getting Error Creating Registry Key message:

Erroe creating registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Shell Extensions\Cached

RegCreateKeyEx failed; code 5.
Access is denied.

Click Retry to try again, Ignore to proceed anyway, or Abort to cancel installation.

Ignore - also fails (same behavior as when clicking Retry

Settled on Abort - so couldn't install on this machine.

If it is, please close this bug and use the workaround as described in bug 1393 or purchase CVS Suite 2009R2 which includes a custom TortoiseCVS and does install OK on Windows 8.1
