i don't know where feature requests should be
submitted, so I'll post it here. I would like a
feature, where I could set a time interval for the
torrents to download / seed, because if they are
running all the time, my net is so slow, that I can't
do anything! So I would like a feature in which i could
set for example, that torrents should run from 9 pm to
6 am, between 6 am and 9 pm they should be in a
"paused" state, so they won't eat up my internet
connection.

You should be able to use ip_tables to regulate your
    bandwidth.

There are QoS-enabled routers, and since you are using
TorrentFlux (most likely on a dedicated machine), you can
enable that QoS to limit the upload speed of your Torrent
box (this is exactly what I have done with my TorrentFlux
box and a SmoothWall box with the QoS mod).
