I believe the MSVC comment actually says that it refers to the =
compilation of the TOra with QT commercial edition (in upper section).
It's been a long time since TOra became fully GPLed and we don't (and =
won't) support QT commercial edition. The GPLed TOra (current one) can =
only be compiled with GPLed port of QT3 Free and only by mingw =
compiler. The whole section of this readme file called "Building with =
MINGW" explains how to build it.
A note to all: guys please check the most recent release of TOra =
sources/binaries and TOra forums before asking questions about older =
versions of TOra - it has changed significantly for the past year and a =
