No problem. This is still not a stable release so the odd Dr Watson is to be expect :). Regarding describe the first thing TOra does when you connect is start caching objects available to your user in the database. Until this isn't done you can't describe objects. This is usually done in a few seconds however if you are on a slow connection it can take some time. If you use the 1.1.4 release you can see that the caching is done when the twirl in the right bottom corner stops twirling. Will implement a fallback until caching is done.

First of, thanks for an amazing app!!!  I only hope that I can contribute to it's success in anyway that I can.
This probably isn't the right mailing list, sorry if it isn't. I am running 1.1.4 on NT (unfortunately Linux not available at this site), attaching to 8.1.6 running Apps 11i (5.3).  All works well, except for the odd Dr.Watson appearance that we have all grown to expect from Microsoft (and know why it's happening).  However in the SQL Worksheet or Schema Browser, I cannot appear to get a DESC of a table. The status shows 'Not done caching objects' and everything stops. I can do everything else with a table, just not describe it.  Have I completely lost the plot or is this a known issue?
Apologies in advance for something so trivial.
