I install oracle 10g on FC4, and I can connect 10g(localhost) and 9i(remote) with sqlplus. But I cannot connect with TOra:
unable to connect to the database.
ORA-01034 Oracle not available
ORA-27101 shared memory realm does not exist
Linux Error: 2: no such file or directory
I try with
tora-1.3.15-1.i386.rpm + tora-oracle-1.3.15-1.i386.rpm
and
tora-1.3.16-1.rhel4.i386.rpm + tora-oracle-1.3.16-1.rhel4.i386.rpm
and
make tora-1.3.16.tar.gz by hand,
but get the same results.

Sorry to all, I find the answer in the message "strange connection issue", just configure with "--without-kde" can fix it, though I don't know why ...
