It appears that passwords shorter than 7 char's will not save.
We have short passwords of 5 chars in our organization for our read-only accounts ( I know it is bad and we are changing them) but when trying to save the passwords in TOra they will not save. But any passwords over at least 7 characters do work.

which TOra version and operating system?

I save 3 char long passwords without any problems
