Howdy! I have previously used the Performance Plugin to serve as an audit trail in Tolven eCHR, but is there another place in the system (in the application, itself, OR in the database) that displays a more comprehensive log of user activity? For example, a log that captures the fact that Doctor Jones created allergy information for Patient Smith? The who/what/when/where/why/how is what I am interested in. From the Performance Plugin, I do not see any event descriptions -- just a URI such as "https://dev.able.com:8443/Tolven/ajax/paneDispatch.jsf" which doesn't tell me what resource was being acted upon.

If one exists, where can I find an "official" Tolven eCHR user activity log that captures user transactions with patient data?

    Thanks for your help!

The out of box implementation of performance plugin doesn't provide a detailed logging information. It's possible to build the required information by analysing the existing data available. For example URL for creation of a new allergy would look like this "11/08/2013 00:24:49.2 demo Test01, Patient null user/demo/account/3013/placeholder/echr:patient-11004:allergy-173024 POST (add) Allergy" a screenshot attached highlighting this. As you can see the URL says that a placeholder of type echr:patient:allergy is being created for patient with id 11004 by user demo. Should you need help with such customizations you should approach tolven support @http://home.tolvenhealth.com/?page_id=68.
