Since you're on Linux, try installing the Tcl and Tk development packages.
Otherwise, you'll need to get Tcl and Tk source distributions (the ones
that make the version on your linux system), and then follow the
instructions at <http://togl.sourceforge.net/> to compile the tcl and tk
stub libraries and link Togl with them.
Another alternative would be to use the Togl that's in the tcl3d
And as long as you're compiling Togl, you should check out the CVS version
of Togl. The API is changed to work with Tcl better and stereo works.
