It is very difficult for some folks to acquire the XSLT
processor (Saxon) required to convert TMML to HTML.
It sure would be nice if the conversion could be done
with Tcl-only tools.

    Will do.

Note that there is now an option to use a different XSLT
processor -- tDOM in particular is much easier to install
    and get working than SAXON.

Rough implementation now committed. 'tmml 2html file.tmml
...' (instead of 'tmml tohtml') uses an all-Tcl (+TclXML)
    implementation instead of XSLT.

Currently missing hyperlinks, navigation structures, and
support for extended lists. Will add these next; once
everything is working the new implementation will become the
    default.

(This may take a while though, I haven't quite figured out
the best way to do this yet. But in the meantime, the
current implementation should work as a fallback for people
    who can't use XSLT.)
