Tmi-3 Mudlib Version Alpha-0.01a Released

Today TMI-3 released Version Alpha 0.01a of it's mudlib. This release, though not ready for general consumption, has a stable base for advanced users and bug-testers to work with. The primary goal of this release was to correct several critical issues in the previous release.

The main features of this release include a channel daemon. Though not complete, it is the base for a modular channel daemon that can allow for easy management of different channel networks. The next release will include a module for a local channel network.... read more

Tmi-3 Mudlib Version Alpha-0.01b Released

Today is an important day for those waiting for the much anticipated TMI-3 mudlib release as version Alpha-0.01b was released only a few moments ago. This release, though not ready for general consumption, has a stable base for advanced users and bug-testers to work with.

The main feature for this release is the muds security system, which is vastly superior and powerful to the previous TMI-2 security system. The system allows control of not only read and write access, but network access, binding, linking, execution and more. Future plans for the system include a tool to interface with the security system in real time and to be able to manipulate security settings more securely and efficiently then ever before. ... read more

TMI-3 Reforms

A lot has been bubbling under the surf here at TMI-3, even though it may not appear like it. The bottom line is that we have been having some growing pains and to help get things streamlining again, it is important to note the following:

Project Approved

The Tmi-3 SourceForge project has been approved and development of the mudlib, driver, and community services will begin shortly. We are currently working on configuring the project space and adding the developers to the team.
