#2537 Tk doesn't compile on HP-UX any more

When compiling Tk on HP-UX, it doesn't compile any more.

The reason is that 3 files now contain the "inline"
'keyword', which is not available in the HP-UX
compiler. The offending files are:

unix/tkUnixEmbed.c
generic/tkBusy.c
generic/tkCanvas.c

removing the 'inline' keywords, or compiling with
-Dinline= fixes this.

  • There's a standard autoconf-ism to fix this - AC_C_INLINE - so used it.
