I first noticed this problem with Tile, but then it
turned out to be an issue with Tk its self, too.
Labels with images in the disabled state, which should
be stippled, are shown instead with plain white
rectangles under TkAqua:
pack [label .l1 -image $img -state normal]
pack [label .l2 -image $img -state disabled]
.l2 should have a stippled version of the same image as
.l1, but it will show only a white rectangle.
This does not appear to be an issue with the label
drawing, but with the generation or drawing of the
stipple via Tk_AllocBitmapFromObj() and XFillRectangle
(a la StippleOver() in Tile's generic/label.c) since
the problem exists in both Tk and Tile and Tile
implements its own label.
