Hi,

i needed a plugin to insert an iframe so i created one based on the wiki example.

Please make sure you adjust extended_valid_elements so the iframe doesn't get stripped from your html.

Unzip the plugin in plugins/

Adjust your configuration like so:

plugins : "...,iframe",
theme_advanced_buttons1 : "...,iframe"

Only a dutch languagefile is included but it's pretty straightforward.

    Cool Plugin!

    German language File:

    tinyMCE.addI18n('de.iframe',{
    desc:"Iframe einfügen",
    error:"Keine gültige URL eingegeben.",
    url:"URL",
    height:"Höhe",
    width:"Breite"
    });

    Valid Elemental: extended_valid_elements : "iframe[src|width|height|name|align|style|frameborder]",

    Nice little plugin. Contact me for an English language version and a better icon, both which I created for my site. You might also want to explain in your description a bit better what people need to place in their tinyMCE.init:

    extended_valid_elements : "iframe[src|width|height|name|align]",

    @daprezjer:

    Tried to contact you through your account below, but the system wouldn't let me - something about no contact details.

    I would love to get the English version and the icon.

    Spanish language File:

    tinyMCE.addI18n('es.iframe',{
    desc:"Insertar Iframe",
    error:"La url no es corecta",
    url:"URL",
    height:"Alto",
    width:"Ancho"
    });

    I just can't get this to work. I'm new to whole TinyMCE, but steps should be pretty easy anyway. I added the information to the init like said but I can't even see the iframe icon. Script is at the same place where others are and put the same way.

    I got iframes working by adding the tags to the valid_elements-list but it would be nice to have this script working also. Hopefully someone could help.

    I also made an finnish language file:
    tinyMCE.addI18n('fi.iframe',{
    desc:"Liitä iframe",
    error:"URL syötetty väärin",
    url:"URL",
    height:"Korkeus",
    width:"Leveys"
    });

    It's worth saying that you shoud add the editor_plugin_src.js version of the file to make it work, at least on the version of TiniMCE I'm using. After some debugging, I found out that you can get it working (ie. make the icon visible on the editor) only by making a copy of editor_plugin.js named editor_plugin_src.js.
