In TST 1.2.1, when monitoring is enabled, whenever the monitoring interval expires TST asks the user whether they would like to begin a new timeslot. Conceptually, that is fine, but is somewhat unintuitive and distracting. An alternative approach would be to ask the user to enter a description for what they're doing: if the description is the same as the current timeslot, do nothing, if it's different, create a new timeslot with the new description
