roms, Thanks for the reply. >> the problem, I also realized the info on the TiLP site is quite outdated - >> which is probably my fault >> for not keeping the web site maintainer informed of changes. > >Well, link seems to be broken... If you mean the link to my ebuilds, yes, it's broken for now. (Permissions on the server hosting that link got reset or something, so the files are currently only 0600 - thus the 403 error). It's easy enough to fix, but like I said, they're outdated anyway, so it's probably better to just remove that link from the TiLP site. >At the time being, nobody maintains the TiLP SourceForge site any more. TiLP development has been stopped for a while. But, things are expected to restart soon (as explained in the news section). I can't give a deadline because my schedule is currently a bit complicated ( ><my life> >I have a girlfriend. >I live in my girlfriend' flat, >my girlfriend is pregnant (yes, yes !) >I don't have an PC (with Linux) anymore, >I switched from my job to another, >I am gonna to switch from this flat to a bigger one, >I wouls like to buy a Linux laptop, >... ></my> Wow, sounds like you have a lot going on. Congratulations on the baby-to-be; I hope all goes well. >If you need access to the site, I can give you permissions by adding you to the team... That is fine by me. My updates are minor, but I'd be glad to make them myself. Just one question - I've never really updated anything on SourceForge, so how do you go about changing a web page? (I know HTML and PHP fairly well - I'm just wondering how you edit/upload the actual files.) >Note: I would like to thanks people involved in this still exciting project ! And thank you for creating it and being involved as much as you are currently able to. Brent |
