This is a set of two plugins.
wikiplugin_note.php and wikiplugin_nn.php

Usage:
Initialize the link with {NOTE()} anynumber {NOTE}

Then insert the following: {NN()} anynumber {NN} :
anywhere else within the document.

Clicking on the link generated by the first will take
you to the second and vice-versa.

    I've changed the {note} plugin so that the link appears in
    superscript, bold and in RED so that it's more visible. Let
    me know if you think that's ugly!

    You can change the colour by editing the file
    wikiplugin_note.php
