I have a tiki 6.x install that has recently ground to a halt when viewing
my blog. Poking around mysql it seems there is a long running query
causing this. when i look at the mysql processlist, there is this:
| 37076 | tiki | localhost | tiki | Query | 20 | Sending
data | select `cacheId` from `tiki_link_cache` where `url`= '
http://www.wunderground.com/ radar/radblast.asp |
which I believe is a cached wiki link. I added a noncache statement to the
link in a post, but I see there are 22k rows in the db and most are this
link cached with a 77k blob.
A couple questions
- with the nocache added, I would expect this to go away but it hasn't.
What do i do to restore the speed?
- can I delete the rows from the db?
- is there a global "nocache by default" setting?
