Just an FYI, I was noticing that a lot of the files we have out there
have not had their Id tags updated since we moved away from CVS.
It appears to enable this, the following has to be executed against the
files appearing in the SVN respository:
svn propset svn:keywords "Id Rev" *.php
I don't think its recursive...you'll have to read the docs. This will
allow the $Id$ and the $Rev$ tags to be dynamically updated when files
are committed. If you use other tags in your scripts, you can add them
as well, but you'll have to go to the SVN site and find out what those
keywords are. Id and Rev are the only two I've really ever used.
I'm not sure if this can be done against trunk or not, or really if this
is that big a deal. If you are adding any new scripts to trunk and want
these tags updated, you will have to run that command line after you've
done your svn add operation.
Minor public service announcement. Unless I missed an email from way
back when we did the original migration, in which case, just ignore me.
