Following on Xavi's initiative, I am reminding everyone:
Tiki has been nominated and is finalist as "Most Collaborative Project:
The project most likely to accept your patches and value your input"
The vote ends in less than 48 hours on July 20, 2007 at 11:59 pm PDT.
This is a new category, which is very relevant to what we do. I like to
think that Tiki has been applying the wiki way to software development.
I remember in Tiki's younger days, some expressed concerns about
providing CVS write access to new developers. However, we have seen that
"it just works" :-)
Of the 350+ who could have committed code, 200+ have actually committed
at least one line of code. Of course, countless others have contributed
on mailing lists, forums, IRC, etc
I think winning such an award would provide Tiki some deserved and
useful visibility. I hope you will log in to Sourceforge and vote for
Tiki. If you are creating a new account on Sourceforge, please email me
your username. I will add you right away to the project members :-)
Winning such an award would be great visibility for Tiki and would
attract more users & developers. More people to share the goal to make
it the best possible application!
There are also 10 other categories which you can vote in. Please vote!
Also, please vote for Tiki at the Packt Open Source Content Management
