The install instructions also need to be cleared up.
The "INSTALL" file in the distribution contains some code.
For example, if apache is running as user $AUSER and group $AGROUP, type:
You can find your group using the command 'id'.
su -c './setup.sh $AUSER'
Alternatively, you may wish to set both the user and group:
If not root then
su -c './setup.sh $USER $AGROUP'
There should be some plain English instructions on how to use this file.
Ex.: Run ./setup.sh and follow on screen instructions.

I tried this on my server and I do not get the correct answer...
