[Tikiwiki-devel] Special-edit-plugin-quicktags are not working when in tracker plugin form in a wiki page (thus wiki page is not technically in edit mode)

The Quicktags are getting sexier and sexier. Nice and easy to use!

Just found a bug. To reproduce:

1- Install Time_Sheet profile
http://profiles.tikiwiki.org/Time_sheet

2- Try to use Flash quicktag/new edit plugin interface


tiki_plugins is not defined

Same thing happens in the forums, when wiki syntax is on. Presumably 
everywhere we have quicktags, that is not the wiki.
