Say I am using trackers for a list/inventory of
people/items, etc, I would like to be able to add a
long/lat to each item and have these items appear on a
Tiki Map.

If you have data that needs to be plotted at specific
latitude-longitude points, you can add the data points and
lines to your map using PCXML. However, in order for this to
work, you must first be sure the map was derived from
latitude/longitude-based data. Maps not derived from
lat/long source files will not be able to correctly locate
    lat/long data points.
To find out if your map supports latitude-longitude data points

If you are unsure, you can use the following procedure to
determine if your map supports latitude/longitude information.

    1. Open your .pcxml file in a text editor.
    2. Look in the <Coords> tag near the top of the file.
    3. If the Source attribute is assigned to LatLong, you
can plot lat/long points on the map.
