#2001 Categories selected by Article submitter are dropped

When submitting an article, the author may pick and
choose appropriate categories to classify the article.

However, it appears that when the submission is
reviewed, the categories must be selected all over
again. They have been dropped.

Admittedly, a moderator might be better able to pick
and choose the correct categories but under 1.9.2 it
appears that any effort by the submitter to categorize
the article is tossed.

Updating this item for category / group / subject line or other
data. No real change to the item, just house-keeping.

Apparently any categories set at the time of the original
submission are dropped. Upon an edit, categories can be
    picked and apparently do stick.

This can be done by the sumitter or moderator but just not
    on the original submission.

    Here the why.
The thing is that it categorize base on the submission Id
(subId) and not on the articleId (which is normal since we
    don't know the articleId)
When the submission is approuved, the approuve_submission
doesn't transfert the category to the article... So you
    'lose' the category.

I think that in the new version (1.9.3), it will be fixed.
