Problems occur when using the '&' sign within page
names:-

Invalid variable value : page = Q&A

This problem only occurs when using the page= in the
URL and not when using the page_ref_id= .

It's filtered out for security reasons. Damian said & isn't
included because it's used to seperate the passed variables.
Anyway you can edit tiki-setup_base.php and remove the "&"
    from following line

    $patterns['string'] = "/^[^<>\";&#]*$/"; // find, and such
    extended chars

or create custom pattern to use with $vartype['page']
    (e.g. $patterns['wikipage'] = "/^[^<>\";#]*$/";)

Use at your own risk. It can introduce some other
difficulties for you such as linking the page Q&A from
    another wiki page, etc.
