Creates menu item named "Test" for HTML files which
is added into the Windows Explorer File menu.
Create a batch file named "test.bat" as follows:

start /m /w c:\tidy\tidy -f %TEMP%\tidy.tmp %1
Create a registry file named "test.reg" as follows:
It is assumed that all of the files are stored in C:\Tidy
directory - you will need to make changes if this is not
the case on your computer. Then double click the
test.reg file to create the shell entries in the registry.
Run Windows Explorer, find and select an HTML file
and right click the mouse. Select "Test" from the menu
and the Tidy results will be shown in notepad!
