NVIDIA has released the version 0.93 build of their XFree86 4.0 binary drivers for Linux (supported cards include the TNT, TNT2, TNT Ultra, GeForce, Geforce 2, and Quadro); thanks to David Bryson for the heads up. The customer license can be read here; changes include:
allow Modeline directives in the XF86Config file to override our auto-detection of monitor resolutions and refresh rates
"correct" fix for TNT memory-type problems

fix for general ALI chipset lockups
