-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi Tim and TexStudio users, Thanks for the link. I tried the method in http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1716268&page=2, but it doesn't work for me. Maybe this is because I didn't know how to edit their code. I tried "texstudio %f -line %l &" and "texstudio %.pdf -line %l &" in modifying the "evince" code provided through the line above. Did I use a correct format to call TexStudio? Hopefully there will be a perfect solution. Thank in advance! You basically would have to tell evince to call "texstudio <file> -line <line>". But I can't give you support for evince that's the job of the evince guys. This seems like a hacky way around it: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1716268&page=2 I didn't look into the details, so I can't tell if it really works.
